Brooke Mills in Walking Tall Part 2 (1975)

In the first installment of Walking Tall (1973), Sheriff Buford Pusser, as aptly characterized by Joe Don Baker, was shot several times in the face by a machine gun, and his wife was brutally murdered by his enemies. What the hell more did Pusser hope to achieve by coming back for Walking Tall Part II (1975)? Maybe he wanted the big pay check. Walking Tall Part II was intended to star Pusser playing himself, but the Tennessee stud was killed in a suspicious car wreck just as filming was set to commence. Burly Bo Svenson filled in for the felled lawman, picking up the dropped cudgel and staving in a satisfying quantity of Southern mob heads until the closing credits finally rolled.
