A mute girl strives to protect herself and her father’s legacy in the cult Spanish thriller La Loba y la Paloma (1974). After witnessing her father’s death at the hands of ruthless treasure hunters, young Sandra (Carmen Sevilla) loses a number of her basic faculties, including her voice. By not being able to speak, the beautiful young woman is able to keep secret the location of a priceless gold statuette--the same object that her father gave his life to protect. But when a band of scoundrels appears at her door one day to reclaim the artifact, they treat poor Sandra to some of the rough stuff when she refuses to comply. Sevilla’s breast flashes come in moments of extreme duress, but that certainly doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy their round, mouth-watering presence on the screen.
