With a name like Malibu Eyes (2004), it's no surprise this flicker show is about voyeurism. Courtney Cole-Fendley is a college girl who is taking time off at a beach house. Her neighbors are taking it all off, and Courtney can't help but videotape them doing all manner of nasty tricks. It gets her so hot she starts burning the home fires between her legs and wonders if she's getting spied on herself. There's not as much nudity as mood in this erotica, but Laura Otis puts her breast foot forward in a quick scene. And the eyes have it!
