A devoted cop finds himself in an impossible bind when he’s framed for murder by the killer he’s put behind bars in the suspenseful crime drama Ricochet (1991). Nick Styles (Denzel Washington) figures he’s in line for a big promotion when he slaps the cuffs on Earl Talbott Blake (John Lithgow), a hitman with a lethal instinct. Unfortunately Blake plots his revenge during seven years behind bars and emerges with an eye toward ruining the life and career of Styles, who’s now an aspiring district attorney. One of Blake’s tricks is to toss a hot blonde (Linda Dona) Styles’s way and film the proceedings. You certainly can’t blame the upstanding cop for biting––Dona boasts a bustline that’s pretty impossible to brush off.
