Back in the ’60s The Outer Limits was The Twilight Zone’s country-bumpkin cousin. It was cheaply produced in black-and-white, with special effects that showed all the strings attached. But now that country cousin has taken off its Daisy Dukes and the world is in vivid color--mostly pink! The updated version of the mind-blowing program is also a mound blower thanks to being produced by cable-TV station Showtime. While the creepy storylines about aliens and the supernatural remain the same, the supernaturally endowed guest stars truly make this show reach the outer limits. In one episode Alyssa Milano takes off her shirt and sucks her co-star. Well, she sucks his life force, but if you've got to go. . . .
