The Girls of Penthouse (1984) stands as the first in a series of videos featuring a selection of Penthouse magazine models in erotic video shoots. This wasn’t Penthouse publisher Bob Guccione’s first foray into the movie business--he also produced the notorious sleaze epic Caligula (1979), which nearly bankrupted his highly successful (at the time) magazine empire. Among the featured models is 1977 Pet of the Year Victoria Lynn Johnson, who is shown preparing herself for a nude photo shoot--in the nude!
