When a German man loses his voice, his family searches for a new pathway to communication in the German melodrama Im Chaos der Gefühle (2002). Edgar Selge stars as Christian Steinberger, a middle-aged family man who becomes mute after a freak occurrence. Christian’s wife, Anne (Franziska Walser), and others close to him are forced to adjust in order to maintain a line of communication. Of course, actions speak louder than words--particularly when they involve the gyrations of the fairer sex. Walser and co-star Anna Schudt communicate loud and clear with their ravishing reveals.
