Jacquie Lawrence’s efficiently entertaining short film Double Entente (1994) was originally slapped with the much more appealing title The Dyke and the Pornostar. Really, any title will do; the main thing to keep in mind is that Lawrence packs a lot of Sapphic excitement into a condensed eleven-minute running time. Co-starlets Clark Hayes and Rebecca Shepherd keep pace admirably, however, boffing against the ticking clock in this same-sex screw-off.
