When a traveler in a foreign land vigorously rebuffs a pervert’s advances, the creep gets revenge by tossing her in jail in Caged Women (1992). Leandro Lucchetti’s cult shocker follows a dazed heroine whose vacation swiftly turns from a heavenly idyll to a hellish nightmare. Throughout the course of her adventures, Janet Cooper (Pilar Orive) is treated to lesbian tortures, sadistic whippings, and even a crucifixion of sorts. Fans of S&M kinkiness will appreciate Lucchetti’s attention to detail, however, as he lets his camera linger on Orive and sexy co-starlet Elena Widermann in all of their ecstasy and terror.
