Jesus Franco’s spy film The Girl from Rio (1969) stars Richard Wyler as secret agent Jeff Sutton, hired by Ennio Rossini (Walter Rilla) to rescue his daughter, Ulla (Marta Reves), who has been kidnapped by bisexual “space age sorceress” Sumuru (Shirley Eaton). Sumuru is holding Ulla hostage in her all-female fortress city of Feminda, protected by an army of half-naked women. Sutton’s mission is made even harder by the fact that the Brazilian mob is chasing him and his new girlfriend, Leslye (Maria Rohm), is secretly working for Sumuru. There’s plenty of nudity here, including a good look at Maria’s mams as she slips out of her robe. That will make your eyes rohm!
