Antonio Banderas plays a rugged Spanish hunk who can’t ward off his sister’s advances in the sultry, taboo melodrama Contra el viento (1990). After allowing himself to get hot and heavy with his sis (Emma Suárez), Juan (Banderas) escapes into the arms of a foxy shopgirl (Rosario Flores) who lives miles away from his native Madrid. Unfortunately Juan’s incest-happy sibling isn’t ready to give up the fling, and she conspires to turn Juan’s new relationship into a dangerous love triangle. Genetic issues aside, Juan’s got his hands full with an impressive assortment of women--Suárez and Flores both look tantalizing as they cavort in their birthday suits, pleading for Banderas’s attention.
