Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise (1987) is a terrible sequel to Revenge of the Nerds.

The nerds travel to Fort Lauderdale for a national fraternity council conference, and rekindle the war with the jocks. The laughs are much harder to come by in this sequel, although I loved what they did to their hotel sign (see upper right of each image) to get a party moving. There is see-through exposure from several unknowns, and one of my personal favorites, Courtney Thorne-Smith, in a white bikini.

Critics Vote: Leonard Maltin gives this 1 1/2 stars.

IMDB Summary: IMDB readers say 3.5 out of 10, and I agree.

Box Office: US gross was $30.63m.
