Bruno Ganz plays a man who wakes up paralyzed in the hospital after being shot in the head in the German political allegory Knife in the Head (1978). The movie is a commentary on the repressive police state atmosphere that gripped West Germany in the 1970s, but it also gives us a taste of liberty in the form of Carla Egerer's bared boobs.
