The Canadian series ReGenesis brings the cheery subject of bioterrorism to the boob tube, following the terrifyingly tense adventures of the North American Biotechnology Advisory Commission. NorBAC is all about beating back the baddies, and their boss, Peter Outerbridge, knows his stuff.
