The British mini-series Honest is a comedic drama starring Amanda Redman as a single mother with an ex-con for an ex who’s fighting to keep her daughters—one an aspiring model, the other a budding blackmailer—from going down the same path. A remake of a show called Outrageous Fortune that ran for three seasons in New Zealand, Honest premiered on Britain’s ITV1 in 2008.
