After a three-year hiatus, Canadian pop-punk princess Avril Lavigne has returned with a radio-friendly new single, What the Hell. Though the video premiered on the straight-laced ABC Family cable network, it’s obvious Avril has considerably sexed up her image since her skater-chic debut. Though she still rocks pink streaks in her long blonde hair and visible tattoos, our little tomboy Avril is all grown up and showing off her skimpressively slender figure, romping around in bra and panties in a cheeky performance to match the song’s cheeky lyrics. She divorced guitar player Deryck Whibley in November 2010- are we witnessing the liberation of Avril?
