Dial 976-EVIL (1989) for a hotline to Satan. Spike does. He lives with his religious fanatic aunt, and the phone call saves his life. The aunt's nerd son isn't as lucky. He calls for girl advice and ends up conjuring spiders that kill his fair lady. The wimp then uses the powers of darkness to murder the school bullies who torment him. You've got to give the Devil his due; he knows that man does not live by gore alone. Enter Lezlie Deane as Spike's punkette gal pal. She enlivens the movie by flashing her itty bitties while riding Spike's spike. That carnal connection is anything but evil.
