Udo Kier is Count Christian von Meruh, an apprentice witch-hunter in the shocking shriek-fest Mark of the Devil (1970). After he witnesses his mentor Lord Cumberland (Herbert Lom) abusing his position (and a busty accused witch), Christian sees that the witch-hunt is just an excuse for the church to confiscate property and molest women. There’s plenty of graphic torture (including a tongue getting pulled out), nun rape, and some skingoria from Gaby Fuchs. And so will you.
