Easily one of the craziest, kookiest, and most nonsensical action-fests to come out of Hong Kong, Ninja: The Final Duel (1986) is about an ongoing war between a gang of vicious ninjas and a temple full of Shaolin monks. Eschewing a traditional narrative for huge and lengthy bouts of high-energy action scenes, the movie is all but drenched in gore, violence, outright strangeness, and even a few classic bits of female nakedness. The film boasts one of Asian skinema’s most noteworthy moments when the adorable Alice Tseng takes on an entire team of ninjas while completely and totally naked.
