On a small Mediterranean island the kids are not all right. In Respiro (2002), gangs of boys battle one another, the losers having to strip, but the weirdest inhabitant has to be Valeria Golino, a mother of two who suffers from mood swings. She’s so crazy that the town eventually exiles her, but not before she gives her kids a pleasant day at the beach, which is even more pleasant for audience members as Valeria goes topless. You’ll need a Respiro-ator after seeing those lungs.
