This World, Then the Fireworks (1997) is another ugly story about ugly people, which holds audiences' attention thanks to all that senseless sex and violence. This tale concerns Billy Zane, who's run out of town after his reportage rubs the police the wrong way. He goes home to lick his wounds, and Gina Gershon is happy to add her luscious tongue to help the hurt go away. The fact that she's his sister gives viewers an idea of what to expect from these damaged people. Not healthy, perhaps, but hot nonetheless. Take Elis Imboden, who in a flashback flashes her backside. Dead sexy "Laura Palmer" from TV's Twin Peaks Sheryl Lee does a sexy bedroom striptease and rides Zane when Gina isn't around. That's enough to light your fuse and start some fireworks erupting in your pants.
