Somehow, Anne’s career ended as abruptly as it started. In fact, she only managed to appear in one Skinematic endeavor, 1974’s The Sister-in-Law. Of course, she played the title character in the film opposite noted character actor John Savage, so it isn’t like she spent the entirety of the film in some bit part background role…

The movie, which was brought to the Silver Screen by B-Movie auteur Joseph Ruben, who works on big budget pictures like Sleeping with the Enemy and Return to Paradise these days, starred Savage as the younger brother of an obviously crooked feller who gets him caught up in a love triangle as well as an international conspiracy ring, or something to that effect.
