Italy didn't fight in the Vietnam War, but that didn't stop them from jumping on the bandwagon when movies about saving G.I.s behind enemy lines were the vogue. Their entry into this heroic genre is L'Ultimo cacciatore (1980), which stands above the fray thanks to a topless scene by Mia Farrow's sister, Tisa Farrow.
