Pretend the brain trust behind the animated television potty-mouth sensation South Park was to make a live-action movie. Think real hard. Wouldn’t porno directors and porno actresses and the making of porno flicks play a central part in the production? Sure, and then the South Park iconoclasts wouldn’t be able to resist poking fun at a goofy and unhip religion. Probably they’d have some door-to-door Mormon ringing the buzzer at the apartment where a XXX epic was being shot, and then through some zany mishap the Mormon would unwittingly become the world’s best-known porno star, which would complicate his position with his fiancée back home in Utah. This scenario all sounds too easy, but if the South Park slingers were to cook it up, rest assured the laughs would be thick and guilty. Oh, and they’d call it Orgazmo: Unrated Special Edition (1997).
