Contrary to the bloody expectations raised by its title, the abiding fixation of Vampire Obsession (2002) appears to be that of women with an overriding compulsion to orally probe the Red River Valleys of their sisters in the hemorrhaging gender. This observation is definitely not intended as criticism. Whenever a film concentrates its focus upon a squad of five splendidly curvy cuties who crawl from scene to scene wearing little more than quickly removed thongs, the seeds of greatness are in place. Go ahead and splash some cherry-syrup-looking fake blood on the naked nubiles from time to time. Is one of these girls a flesh-eating ghoul? Or are all five simply gash-gulping fools? Such is the dramatic question asked by Vampire Obsession.
