Think Shaft is a bad muth . . . watch your mouth? Well, meet Black Samson (1974). Mr. Skin would prefer to hang out with this soul brother any time. His motto is “No, not a gun, love is the one” and proves it by running the hottest strip bar in the ’hood. And he keeps the streets clean of riffraff, which puts him at odds with the local Mafia heavies. They send one of their girlfriends to take it all off at Samson’s topless emporium and gather information. Whatever Connie Strickland gets for her mob bosses is nothing compared to what she gives in some jugtastic scenes that have ebony wanting to make some beautiful music with ivory like a piano jumping boogie-woogie.
