A troop made up totally of city volunteers joins the bevy of bumbling boobs at the Police Academy for Commandant Lassard's (George Gaynes) new Citizens on Patrol program. A frisky and fresh generation of crime-fighting nut busters (including Bobcat Goldthwait), this randy new group of recruits takes to the streets, all the while joining in the proud tradition of longing to hit the sheets and cop a feel from the busty beauty Lt. Debbie Callahan (Leslie Easterbrook). While determined to see the spastic citizens fail, Captain Harris (G.W. Bailey) can’t help but be distracted by her ass as well.
