The cast and crew of the dramatic feature Carroņa (1975) reads like a who’s-who of the Mexican film industry past and present. Directed by Raul de Anda hijo, kin to one of the most prolific directors in the Mexican national cinema (Raul de Anda), the film also boasts the acting talents of box-office draw Rodolfo de Anda and Pedro Armendáriz Jr., the son of the legendary screen actor. Most important, however, are the ladies. You won’t find hotter ’70s stars than Maritza Olivares and Rebeca Silva, and neither starlet is shy about showing skin here.
