Pre-Porky's (1982), harder than Hardbodies (1984), The Beach Girls (1982) is that sexy missing link between the beach movies of the '60s and the later T&A classics. The plot is simple: One virginal high-school grad moves into a beach house with two wild and crazy gals who teach her the joy of anonymous sex with pizza delivery boys and TV repairmen. The orgy is fueled by six oversized trash bags of marijuana that mysteriously wash ashore, and soon everyone is partying naked! Debra Blee as the uptight girl reveals that she's loosening up by wearing less and less clothing as the film goes on, until she's doing a topless hula dance. Val Kline sunbathes nude with equally skinful Jeana Tomasina, and strawberry-blonde Jeanette Linne shows off her rosy nipples, cruising a wild party without her top. Life sure is a beach for these girls.
