Rai (Críspulo Cabezas), Javi (Timy Benito), and Manu (Eloi Yebra) are three friends in the suburbs of Madrid contemplating their escape in the Spanish drama-comedy Barrio (1998). Over the course of a summer, the boys try to make money by selling flowers, delivering pizza, and selling drugs, but all three soon find themselves facing tragedy in a random act of violence. There’s no skin here, but we do get to see Marieta Orozco’s panties.
