What is Between the Lies (1997)? A skintacular softcore sinsation with a lot of hot sex, that’s what. The story finds a private dick who can’t keep it in his pants and investigates his client, Colleen McDermott . . . in bed. After the affair, she plays the snooper into thinking his wife, Melissa Williams, is cheating on him. Well, somebody is doing something because everyone is doing each other. Colleen gives up some spank-worthy skin halfway through the movie, but it’s mini-mammed Melissa who will have audiences rubbing their playthings raw, raw, raw. She’s so hot that there are not one but two scenes with her getting poked by a roaring fire. Be sure to add your wood to the flames.
