Not all French women are knock-your-balls beautiful. Some are subtly charming in a more personality-driven fashion, but they all take off their clothes, which gives them a special place in viewers’ crotches. So it is with Ariane Ascaride. She first began working in the movie Antoine Vitez s'amuse avec Claudel et Brecht (1976) and got right into the skin swing of things with the comedy La Communion solennelle (1977), her nude debut. But it wasn't until La Ville est tranquille (2000) that she blessed audiences with her bush. In a long shot, after rocking her lover in the car, she pulls up her panties for a hair-eye view of her pie. But she saved the best for last with Marie-Jo et ses 2 amours (2002), which means Marie-Jo and Her 2 Lovers, so we get twice as much of Ariane. One, obviously, can be penned to the French; another, to the joy of the bath scene. In French tart Christine Brücher two birds can be killed with one stone. Take La Ville est tranquille (2000), a late entry for this actress, who has been working the boob tube and big screen in her native France since the mid-'80s but hadn't taken off her clothes until now. Now being forty-six minutes into the film when she lets her flesh bubbles out for a bubble bath. Then about a half hour later she exposes her furry bits after being ravaged by a very black lover.
