Marie-Jo has it all: A beautiful house, a perfect husband, and interesting but hardly demanding work. Still, she needs more. Marie-Jo et ses 2 amours (2002) tracks Marie-Jo as she enters into a relationship with another man then must choose between him and her devoted husband. Ariane Ascaride is brilliant as the duplicitous Marie-Jo, who eats her cake and has it too, as do we, since the three B’s are on full display throughout the proceedings.
