Review
The House on Sorority Row (1983) is a lesser known entry in the slasher sorority genre and was released on DVD recently.
The acting is as bad as you would expect, and the director worked really hard to include red herrings. On the other hand, the photography, lighting and art direction were very good.
Graduating seniors decide to hold a graduation party at their sorority house against the wishes of their house mother. They accidentally kill her pulling a prank to get even with her, and decide to hide the body 'til after the party. One by one, the girls disappear.
Our job is to figure out who is killing them. True to the genre, they have decorative nudity from two women, one time wonder Jodi Draigie and and Soap Queen Eileen Davidson.
Critics Vote:There are nearly no reviews on line.
IMDB SummaryL 5.5 out of 10, which is probably about right.
DVD Info: The DVD transfer is very nice, but the special features are mostly absent.
