Toru and Koji are best friends, and as friends they share one all-consuming passion: a love, that is, for older, mature women. Koji gets around with various women, preferring to spread his seed throughout the entire stratum of available women; Toru on the other hand is completely in love with only one woman. Ultimately Tokyo Tower (2005) seems to be a meditation on younger men and the threat they pose to married men.
