Later retitled Desperate Housewife: The Early Years for the UK DVD release to cash in on the success of star Marcia Cross’s hit TV series Desperate Housewives, which premiered in 2004, the romantic comedy Always Say Goodbye (1996) was written and directed by star Joshua Beckett. The plot follows a womanizing photographer (Beckett) with an overbearing mother (Liz Sheridan) and a pregnant sister (Polly Draper) who unexpectedly falls for a sophisticated fashion designer (Cross). Katherine La Nasa shows her ass-a, Paige Allen gets topless, and Marcia briefly bares her left lump in the bathtub. You’ll be saying goodbye to a couple of million sperm cells.
