In the Italian historical comedy Nipoti miei diletti (1974), an elderly peasant woman’s nephews are determined to battle Fascists in the Spanish Civil War. Aunt Elisabeth won’t hear of it, however, so the boys are forced to fight totalitarianism in other ways--namely, by flaunting the prevailing sexual mores. Franco Rossetti's charming comedy features a number of spirited trysts, most involving the middle-aged Adriana Asti. She may be pushing forty, but Asti’s still looking fantastic in her rolls in the hay with horny country boys.
