Marie started her career off in 1993’s made-for-German-TV movie Tatort – Um Haus und Hof, but it wouldn’t be until 1996 that she would finally land a cinematic role in Mannerpension. She has since gone on to appear in such notable German series as Der Letzte Zeuge (say that three times fast…) as well as in such cinematic efforts as Manitou’s Shoe and Viel passiert – Der BAP – Film, although she has often been confined to a small role in the background. Such was not the case in the 1999 thriller Neonnachte – Der U-Bahn-Schlitzer, though. Marie picked up the leading credit for the film, as well as the most memorable scene, which just-so-happens to involve her naked body riding some lucky German feller.
