The Hellfire Club (1961) was inspired by a real-life eighteenth-century English society that specialized in sexually charged depravity, excess, and black magic. In this atmospheric thriller, Keith Michell plays an acrobat whose deceased father headed up the notorious lodge and who returns to his birthplace to claim an inheritance. All Hellfire then breaks loose when an evil cousin aims to thwart our hero, using every kinky trick in the dirty book.
