When Ya Comin' Back, Red Ryder? (1979) is about a psycho Vietnam vet and drug dealer who takes a diner full of townsfolk hostage so he can brow beat them with his belittling rants. Lee Grant is the rich bitch who gets to expose her petite pair. Candy Clark is the vet's girlfriend. There's no reason for him to be as angry as he is when he gets to sample Candy's apples (as do viewers in a riverside bath). Who knows when Red Ryder is coming back, but Mr. Skin is coming.
