The spaghetti mystery thriller Appuntamento in nero (1990) spins the twisted yarn of a politician (Andy J. Forest) who hatches a plot with his girlfriend, Eva (Mary Lindstrom), to kill his wife and her best friend, Angela (Mirella Banti), who has just faked her own rape in a porno theater.
