Lovers of skin are not going to get excited by a movie called Cover Me (1995). The whole point is to uncover them! But this is a softcore steamer that deserves a closer look. The plot is a bit kinky for the genre, with a transvestite offing centerfolds, and features some name actors--Elliot Gould, Paul Sorvino, and Corbin Bernsen--not known to appear in such titillating scenarios. But the Playboy-produced fare knows how to please it's audience with Courtney Taylor playing an undercover cop hunting the madman by befriending likely targets such as Korean cutie Karen Kim, playing a stripper. Shae Marks shows off her heavy hitters as the marauder's first victim, and, unlike the title, she uncovers herself. You should do the same while watching this hot thriller.
