Tremors follows the squirmy journey of the residents of Perfection, Nevada, a nice little place that's really shaking. And that's not on account of the economy, stupid . . . it's because there are great big worms living underground! They're Graboids, Shriekers, and Ass-Blasters, and they're on the government's protected-species list, so though the locals are quaking to rid themselves of these critters, they can't do anything but sit on their blasted asses. It's a hassle, and it isn't even the only thing troubling the valley—there are psycho scientists, slimy developers, and accident-prone government labs making Perfection hell as well.
