Legendary French leading man Alain Delon stars in the post-World War II thriller La Veuve Couderc (1971). After the war, Delon takes a job on a farm owned by Simone Signore, a wealthy widow. Romantic sparks ignite between the two, but, soon enough, our hero succumbs to the seductive machinations of Simone's naked sister-in-law (Ottavia Piccolo). The drama is erotic and the women are beautiful, making Le Veuve Courdec a French dish best served hot.
