Yvon is the premier hairstylist in his small town on the Brittany coast in the coming-of-age story Meilleur espoir féminin (2000). Though he enjoys his fiefdom and the little old ladies who flock to him, his grand dream is to see his eighteen-year-old daughter take his place. She, on the other hand, has radically different plans, mainly movie stardom. Bérénice Bejo is distracting in front of the camera, showing a fine, full rump and a bit of side boobage.
