Gesine Cukrowski

Gesine Cukrowski started her career as a regular in the very popular German TV medical series Praxis Bülowbogen back in 1987. It didn't create this beautiful German's big break and she thus had to wait until 1993 for her next "roles" in the short Posthuman and Aufstand der Dinge, an animated sci-fi flick. From then on Gesine's career slowly took off, thanks to the series Und tschüss and key parts in several made for TV crime dramas like Rosa Roth - Verlorenes Leben or Tatort - Engelchen flieg. The blonde's biggest success to date was Die Schläfer, a made for TV thriller directed by former commercial guru Roman Kuhn. The director's stylistic approach to the slightly weird storyline of a young woman, who lost her memory and attempts to find it on a lonely island, especially makes this flick a treat for the eyes.
