Released many times with lurid titles like Bad Girls, Confessions of a Sex Maniac, Revelations of a Sex Maniac to the Head of the Criminal Investigation Division, and So Naked, So Dead, Roberto Bianchi Montero’s 1972 giallo flick The Slasher Is the Sex Maniac (1972) features a masked, black-gloved serial killer who takes secret pictures of his female victims in acts of adultery and then leaves the pictures next to the murdered corpses for the police to find. As the moralistic killer cuts a bloody swath through the female half of the Italian jet set, we get to see all murdered mams, muff, and mudflaps from his victims. Thank you, Slasher!
