Rita George enjoyed what I would hesitate even calling a “brief career,” having only acted for a few years in the mid-1970s. After debuting in the seldom-seen 1973 picture ~Country Blue~, Rita took a few years off before appearing in the Drive-In classic about making Drive-In classics, 1976’s ~Hollywood Boulevard~. She, along with the rest of the female cast, was featured topless through a great deal of the 80-minute feature, so be sure to give it a look. Sadly, Rita’s career ended shortly thereafter, following a guest spot on ~Starsky and Hutch~ and a turn in the made-for-TV remake of ~It’s a Wonderful Life~, 1977’s ~It Happened One Christmas~.
