The trash movie mavericks at Troma studios try to top the teen/monster movie mash-up Class of Nuke ‘Em High (1986) with the equally toxic Class of Nuke 'Em High Part II: Subhumanoid Meltdown (1991). The campy feature is set at the fictional Tromaville Institute of Technology, where a plot is afoot to turn unsuspecting students into mutant freaks. Brick Bronsky plays the intrepid investigative reporter who tries to get to the bottom of the plutonium-powered conspiracy but is easily diverted by villainous teachers, radioactive spills, and other obstacles. One of the more pleasant impediments arrives in the form of delicious B-movie babe Leesa Rowland, whose freaky mutations can’t detract from her fabulous breasts.
