Friends from Detroit quit their ho-hum nine-to-fives to seek adventure and fresh powder out west in the action-drama Aspen Extreme (1993). Paul Gross and Peter Berg play cubicle jockeys who decide to try their hand at a new life by becoming ski instructors in Aspen. But when money gets tight, the two friends find themselves pulled in opposite directions. Berg’s character mulls drug dealing while Burke’s shacks up with an ultra-fine businesswoman who’s happy to shelter him in exchange for some action between the sheets. Played by Blossom stalwart Finola Hughes, the middle-aged vixen works her swagger in convincing fashion.
